Erosion Control: Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) Walls and Slopes

Geotextiles and Geogrids are commonly used to build Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls and slopes. Welded wire forms and permanent Turf Reinforcement Mats (TRMs) are used at the outer edge of these structures to provide a composite approach for containment of the fill material.
